Device has a cracked and damaged screen, doesn't respond to touch. Housing also has major damage with it being bent on the bottom left corner. FMI is off, activated just fine on PC. What you see in the photos is what you will get. I do not update the software on any device, so it will remain on the version shown in the photos when you receive the item.
