It is a 19th Century German Violin. It was purchased for grade 4+ to improve sound quality compared to beginner models Bought from Strings of Penn, for £460 so willing to sell for £300. It has unfortunately since closed down due to covid so no specific provenance information. It has a vintage brown colour which adds to the antique quality feel of the instrument. The case is for a full size violin but the 3/4 size fits fine inside it. There is space for resin, a shoulder rest and two bows. The fine tuner for the E string is missing.
