Piston funnel in stainless steel. Made in france. Solid construction. Works brilliantly. Very easy to dispense sauce accurately. Use your thumb to press down and dispense sauce. Controls portion size and reduces wastage. 1lt capacity. Measurements: 18cm diameter at top widest part, 21cm height. We used it when catering for large dinning events and weddings where accuracy on the plate line and speed are essential. Very versatile. It’s in excellent condition. I don’t have the stand - I found I didn’t need it - i easier to hold the funnel to dispense and used a plastic jug to hold the funnel when refilling.
