It's a Truckman bed-cap, to fit a 1996 - 2006 Mitsubishi L200 extra-cab long-wheelbase pickup truck (the body with 2 doors and 4 seats). The photos show what it is. Moulded of glasfibre, in white, the bed-cap has the one tailgate door, and the one window in the end opposite, behind the truck's cab.
