Shimano N03A brake pads are resin brake pads with cooling fins. In addition, the Ice-Tech cooling fins dissipate heat generated during braking better. The N03A brake pad is compatible with the XTR BR-M9120 disc brake as well as XT BR-M8120 and SLX BR-M7120 (all 4-piston brakes).
