Western Digital WD Red WD40EFRX 4TB SATA 6 Gb/s Hard Disk Drive with NASware x 2

Has been used in a Raid 5 config, so I'm unable to wipe out, but will format as soon as you use it. No reported errors on the drive from my NAS.
