The reason I’m selling is a bit complicated. Basically, I originally ordered a PG27AQDP, but Amazon mistakenly sent me an AP27AQDM instead. Strangely, everything — the stickers, the labels, even the box — all said PG27AQDP, and since the two models look identical, I didn’t notice at first. I actually hadn’t used it because I was away on holiday in Paris, and by the time I came back and realized it was the wrong model, the return period had already expired. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve it. There’s a smudge on the screen, it’s not a scratch, this model has a special anti reflective coating on the oled panel, which makes it hard to clean smudges off. It’s not visible after you light it up. You can ask for pictures.
