This carpet cleaner is working although the solution and water sprayer from the main unit does not work. the solution sprayer from the handheld part does work. the suction works perfectly strongly on both main unit and handheld parts. This could be a simple fix and possibly just a small blockage but we hadn't looked into it as we just bought an upgraded new model instead. you can still use this efficiently by pre spraying carpets with the handheld part to soak the carpet, then run it over with the main unit as the suction still works perfectly fine. This will be posted in our new upgraded model's box and postage will be sent by DHL.
