Singer 99k 1930 Electric Seeing Machine With Case & Accessories Vintage
When spinning the big wheel on the end manually, it doesn't seem overly stiff. Im not sure what the cause of the issue is. The wood is split around the screw making the screw useless as it is. The base also has a split on a corner.
