It comes with everything shown in the images which includes - Fujfilm XM-1 (silver) - XC16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OIS Lens - lens cover - battery - battery charger & power cable - camera strap Aside from the minor scratches on the base (shown in the images) it is in great condition and works just fine I have never had any trouble with it and it takes beautiful photos! :)
