The Megger Voltage Tester No 19 in its leather storage case is a reliable and compact electrical testing tool. I think it was issued to him when he worked for British Telecom (the case is marked GPO). There's a bit of corrosion on the case of the meter but I think it would clean up with a bit of WD40. I've no idea how it works so it's untested - sold as seen. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
