William WEgman signed the front of the card ( which opens out & is blank inside) and has drawn the picture of a dog smoking a pipe on a bike on the reverse. IMagine a Folded card, there are 4 sides / pages Page 1 = front pages 2+3 are the inside sides and Page 4 is the "back page" Page 4 is where the drawing is.
