Used but in good condition, original dock and dongle included Some wear on the grips on the sides as seen in pics (very cheap to replace), everything works perfectly, has been a great mouse and only had for about a year so the battery life is still perfect. dock works perfectly too, it wasn't used that much as I charged it wired more often than not, but looks great on a desk
