A Japanese blue panda bear snow cone maker or ice shaver that turns by hand including the box. Piece is in excellent condition and looks to have never been used. The handle turns easily and everything appears to be working well. The back of the Panda has a sticker with 85. 8 Daikowa K. K. The box shows wear and creases but has nice graphics and color.
