The chair doesn't seem to be height adjustable. Nor does it recline (I don’t think). Please examine all pictures in case I have forgotten to mention anything. It looks as if it's missing a head rest. It has lots of rust to the chrome. Great project for someone. It would benefit from a deep clean. The red does not appear as bright in real life it's more dull in person.
