This exhaust pipe is new old stock it is ex-motor factor stock dating pre-1982. It has some slight surface corrosion but appears never to have been fitted to a vehicle. The TI Bainbridge part number is VL38W The Parts book says it is for either the Viva HA standard and deluxe with the HA 20 engine or the Bedford 6/8 cwt van with the HA 20 engine and the date range of 1963 to 1964 please note the photos show the applicable chassis numbers for this part.
