These are the fixings holding the trim panels in the back of T4 & T5 vans, they are on the rear doors, side etc. VW T4 1990-2003. VW T5 2003-2016. - To fit push clip off the 'pointy' part of clip to the hole and rotate the clip until the clip is into the hole, the clip can move as this allows it to be adjustable when fitting.
