You can also use the included DIL to 10-pin flat ribbon header, put it inside the ZIF socket and attach a SOIC clip or fixture for the ISP to use from there. Choose the adapter you want to use, and connect the flat cable to the adapter (always marked PIN1 on both the cable and the adapter) and to the motherboard's 10pin ISP connector.
