I bought it from an ebay buyer. The cover of lens was lose and there is a small dust in the lens, which will affect the multi-point focusing performance (I use center focus to avoiding this. I didn't find any other parts that affect performance, only this dust. Only the body and battery are included. If you know how to repair it, I think it is a very cost-effective purchase.
