Growing to a height of 40 to 60cms (16 to 24in) this dwarf variety is ideal for smaller gardens and unlike traditional celery which needs earthing up to produce pale stems, it produces naturally cream-coloured stalks with a crisp, crunchy texture and mild flavour, and if given a little light shading the juiciness and delicacy of taste will improve even further.
