Wet the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge. Dab tattoo with rubbing alcohol or baby oil. Cut out tattoo of choice and remove clear sheet. Place tattoo face down on skin. Allow the tattoo to dry. Then rub gently and repeatedly with more rubbing alcohol or baby oil until moved.
