• Betta Choice Pond Seal Clear is a 3-coat system, building up three thin layers to form a waterproof plastic seal, do not apply in thick coats as this will impede the curing of the polyurethane. It can be applied by brush or roller but do not load roller with too much Betta Choice Pond Seal and do not allow it to pool in the bottom of the pond.
