This is a fabulous Navy and Gold Pencil/Shift ‘EIRA’ Dress by HOBBS. SIZE: UK16 / US12. It is finished with a navy velvet waist band, giving a very flattering look. There is a round neck at the front and at the back there is a very elegant V neck with concealed back zip and a vent at the hem.
