The Orbitz PTZ system allows you to transmit video up to 1000' away with less than 1 ms of latency. The transmitter and receiver support 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, and they can transmit over the free 5 GHz frequency band as well as the 4.9 GHz public safety frequency band.
