The balance doesn't swing. The movement is inscribed W B Crisp Maker to the Admiralty London and is numbered 2/1471. I can only see a small chip on the edge of the signed dial near 2 o'clock. One hand is missing. It would wind at 12 o'clock. The diameter is around 44.9mm. I only post internationally through ebay's global shipping program which doesn't allow combined postage.
