This is a Mystic Spreader Bar. The clip gets stuck inside and wont come out unless you pull it out with a pair of pliers, as you can see in the pictures. It is just the Spreader Bar and clip as pictured. It has some general wear here and there as you can see in the pictures, but overall it is in good condition.
