These wood veneers are only available in rough cut, The backs of the veneers are laminated/reinforced with a fleece. Easier processing, increased flexibility and lower risk of breakage are just three of the advantages! Rough cut/raw material This means that the sides/edges are not yet 100% precisely cut, the width can sometimes vary by +/- 0.5-1cm. The veneer with fleece is simply processed like any other veneer (glued, ironed on, pressed...) and comes/remains on the underside or back side; the veneer sheet is delivered without glue.
