Vintage Antique Set 4 Pound Globe Round Head Cast Iron Barbells T TROY?

This is a cute little 4 pound set of antique cast-iron dumbbells. These have the round globe shaped heads. That makers mark is a T inside of a shield. I am unable to locate anything about this mark, although there is a 5 pound set of the same makers dumbbells on eBay as we speak.
