Smoking Ash Wood Chips for barbecue or pizza oven. Ash has a light to medium smoke. It's delicate aroma works well with fish, chicken and red meats. These chips have been professionally produced from my own Ash trees. The money raised here will be used to purchase young cell grown broadleaf trees. The trees will help towards the replanting of two hectares of my woodland. There is approximately three litres of chips in each bag. Although this volume cannot be measured, each bag will have a minimum of 1.1kg.
