1939M Half Penny Roo Reverse rated an RB - MS63RB/NCHUNC. Equal 17th highest grade. NOTE its Slabbed MS63BN. PCGS RB higher grades are 14/64RB,1/64+RB & 1/65RB with no RD's. 782K minted. Normal serif. PCGS aggregate sightings 26MSRB/1lower. Refer photo on PCGS site which depicts a stronger red presence which led me to upgrade the coin to RB. RB status range between 5% and 95% traces of natural brilliance - refer Dr David Brigg Book 2019 edition on half pennies page 69. BN's are 5% OR LESS traces of natural brilliance which ultimately reduces to total Black appearance.
