It has a few scuffs on the outside and is a bit dusty, but it has been tested and it boots and works fine. It includes a 20GB hard drive with a fresh install of Mac OSX 10.4. It also includes a rare Number Nine Imagine 128 graphics card, it seems to be detected, but otherwise untested.
