Postal Forgery: 2nd Class Bright Blue Unmounted MINT (MNH), based on SG1445
This forgery is based on the 2nd class bright blue NVI design with elliptical perfs, SG1445. The printing is not particularly clear and the stamp has, what appears to be, a yellow fluorescent centre band instead of phosphor band.
