The external exhaust bypass valve (External Wastegate, commonly known as Wastegate). Structurally, "Wastegate" eliminates the connecting rod and the exhaust valve in the turbine. "Wastegate" has a larger boost capacity than "Actuator" (large springs can be used) and responsiveness.
