Am not sure what era this Mustang steering wheel cap is from? Maybe 90s The cap has a horn function , but this has not been tested . I can't say the horn connections work . The condition of the cap is in very good condition . I have placed it as used because I don't know if it was, but it looks like it hasn't been used. The two metal connectors on the rear are in very good condition .
