The Silverline Box Spanners are double-ended and the tommy bar is included in the set. The spanner is turned using the T-bar, which is passed through the two holes in the middle of the tube. The tommy bar is then at right angles to the tube, which can be twisted with force to turn the tube and tighten the bolt securely.
