I don’t know if it’s fully charged. I can’t tell. That’s why the price is low. Their is a green indicator that shows you whether the battery is okay or not, if it’s showing green the battery is okay and it is showing green. I think it’s fine but I can’t be of 100% sure. I’ve taken a picture of the green indicator and shown pictures.
