I'm very sure this is a Uk/European manufactured Swing Arm Desk Lamp Clamp. The diameter of the opening is 15mm. This Anglepoise?/Herbert Terry? vintage, retro lamp clamp is in great condition with a rubber pad to protect the bench, table or desk top as well as a rubber pad for the screw (please see pic. This will need to be reglued if desired. A simple job, although Ive used it as is). This lamp clamp is a timeless classic that embodies the quality and craftsmanship of mid-century design.
