Basically brand new iPhone 11 Pro. Had a new screen fitted so no scratches or issues with that and the rest of the phone has been kept in pristine condition. The only downside to it is that the Face ID doesn’t work and the front camera is a bit foggy however that shouldn’t really be much of an issue; and hopefully that explains the slightly discounted price.
