Hardly used arm trainer. Bought it for an engineering project that I later abandoned. I used it a few times for a mini workout and it’s really tiring and I imagine great for arms and shoulders. This is one of the quality more expensive ones that has 2x resistance screws - I bought in 2024 from Amazon and it wasn’t cheap. I question the quality of the ones available. Now these ones seem to be unavailable or closer to £200 each. Weighs 5.2kg and is 27cm wide Great condition as I said hardly used.
