The black interface is the PWM conventional fan interface (no speed signal, but does not affect the PWM function). Scope of application: it is applicable to 3pin / 4Pin fan of 12V main board. 3pin fan can also be used, but it runs at full speed when plugged in, because 3pin fan has no PWM speed regulation.
