A gym set full of range weights, kettle bells, resistant bands, dumbbell bars, ab wheel, muscle roller, bench press bar, multi use frame and more. The weights come in a range from 1kg to 10kg with 1 15kg and 1 25kg also. Some of the equipment is like new others are a bit rusty and will need a wipe down but all works the same. The bars in the case are a bit thicker so won’t fit the most the weights on but could always be useful as the bar itself is quite heavy. One the spin locks for the bench press was damaged as shown on the last picture but always worked for me. They are available to buy on Amazon though if this is a concern.
