This is an official Power Rangers Time Force Chrono Blaster toy gun made by Bandai in 2000. This toy has been tested and it is in full working order with it lighting up and making noises. This is in good condition as pictured but does have some wear with some general marks/scuffs, but notably is missing the little blue cylinder type thing on one side; this has cracked off and I do not have the broken piece to repair it. Even with this issue, this is still a fantastic vintage collectible. This runs off 2x AAA batteries that are not included.
