The headset does not charge. When trying to charge the led goes red then green then off but still says battery low when turning it on via cable. Therefore it cannot charge so cannot be used wirelessly. It only works when you plug the usb c cable into the headset and then also turn on the transmitter. Therefore sold as parts. Headset itself in great condition with transmitter and battery. Great for someone who only needs some parts or wants to try repair etc seems like an internal issue. Please see photos.
