Samsung galaxy s10e unlocked all works as it should comes with brand new case. if you look at pictures it is crack on the front bottom but dos not stop it from working at all. all as cracks on the back of phone but you don't see them as it's in the phone case. and come with a battery booster pack just slot you phone inside it and it doubles the battery life when your out and about
