Here we have a George III 1791 Full Gold Guinea F+/aVF in my opinion. Weight 8.30 grams. ( ex-mount expertly removed from the obverse side of the coin in my opinion ). PROOF = a coin struck from special dies with a mirror-like or matt surface.
