Thank you for your interest in this damaged frame part. There is impact damage with paint and carbon layers showing the damage. The structure remains firm. The downtube cable port exits show housing grub through the paint and into the carbon as photographed. It was replaced out of an abundance of caution by its original owner. Please see the photographs of the damage. There is no other notable damage.
