new graded. fully tested and working. May have minor marks or scratches nothing major. only issue with this is that the lid of the water tank is slightly damaged as shown in the images. also the milk frother pipe is not included. everything you see in the pictures is what you will get. please take a good look at the pictures before purchasing.
