Unopened sealed. The box is in great condition but has wear around it which includes marks on plastic, wear around the edges, small tear on cardboard and general wear. There's toy is in working condition - unfortunately I press a button and now the noise it plays will not stop. The button doesn't spin goblin all the way 360 around so he is stuck upside down.
