These are the fixings holding the trim panels in the back of T4 & T5 vans, they are on the rear doors, side etc. VW T4 1990-2003. VW T5 2003-2016. allows it to be adjustable when fitting. - To fit push clip off the 'pointy' part of clip to the hole and rotate the clip until the clip is into the hole, the clip can move as this.
