Some marks and scratches but nothing structural. Most of the scratches are from storage and transportation when the wheel hub scratched the frame This is old but still very fast even in comparison with modern bikes. This is the p3c which is a bit fancier than the normal p3 version Just need some aero extension and a groupset and this should be a very good entry TT or tri bike. (Apology but I took the groupset and the bar end shifters to build up a commuter) Comes with a pair of budget alloy wheels, rear has a turbo trainer tyres fitted. Ritchey base bar (think 40 or 42cm but not sure) and Prologo saddle
